The staff were amazing, they even had an iron we could use as were were traveling from Cornwall to Scotland for a wedding and the outfits had become creased on route.

Friendly staff. Great breakfast options! Good location even though a bit of a walk from train station.

We had been staying somewhere else in Stratford upon Avon, due to be 2 nights, but it was so awful, we decided to head to the Lakes a day early, on the Friday, as we were due to go into our self catering accommodation on the Saturday. We booked last minute at the Ravenstone Manor and so, so happy we did. From the second we arrived, we were treated so well by the amazing staff. We had hot drinks by the open fire. We had a lovely evening meal, followed by a walk down to the lake and beautiful Church in close proximity to the hotel. We had a hot chocolate on our return. We slept well and had a delicious breakfast the next morning; again the staff were incredible. Loved this hotel and would definitely recommend to everyone.
Great little cottage in a lovely location. More suitable for a family. Main bedroom downstairs is an ensuite. The second bedroom is upstairs with no other toilet facility other than using the ensuite downstairs. Great host - all facilities provided.
