We were attending a conference so did not have the opportunity to really tour Cleveland, however, first impressions are excellent. The people are friendly, nice restaurants, decent shopping and close to Lodge Cast Iron factory & museum. Recommend the Lodge factory and Museum - very interesting and good buys on cast iron cookware. The natural scenery is gorgeous - lush greenery, mountains - Rock City close by. Lots of opportunities for nature lovers to hike, camp, etc. 40 minutes from Chattanooga which has other attractions & amenities. Highly recommend visiting this area. I plan to return and explore the area further.

We liked the facility.
We liked the facility. Also happy with the availability of washer & dryer. This is a very busy intersection off I-75 so finding sites could be a challenge due to abundance of traffic. We did eat at Cracker Barrel which was at the next exit from I-75. We spent most of our free time with family.

Cleveland is a beautiful town that has grown pretty crowded but still has mountain charm and natural beauty. There are many things to see and do I would have stayed longer if I did not have to flea from roaches at the hotel in the middle of the night.

ABSOLUTLY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. THE YOUNG BOY AT THE FRONT DESK WAS HORRIBLE. HE TREATED US SO POORLY. WE ACTUALLY HAD TO CALL THE LAW UP THERE. I BELIEVE HE WAS PROBABLY HIGH ON DRUGS IF I HAD TO STAY. WE WILL NEVER STAY THERE

Cleveland is a busy growing city.
Cleveland is a busy growing city. Way too much traffic for me, but it is close to lots of natural parks, hiking trails and places to whitewater raft. Lots of Mom & Pop places to eat with really good food. They have a great greenway with lots of miles to walk!

Cleveland is a beautiful city. Clean and friendly.
Cleveland is a beautiful city. Clean and friendly. Ate at Longhorn, including with room was a 10% discount. The following day we went to Olive Garden. We enjoyed the church service at North Cleveland Church of God and rode around the campus of Lee University. We even were able to enjoy some remaining fall colors. It was a great visit.
Fresh, clean upon walking into the lobby and every detail in the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent especially the biscuits. Improvements could be made on the quality/richness of the coffee and the orange juice which was flavored water. The room was nice to have a chaise lounge and a closet near the front door. Switching soaps to pumps instead of little bottles is appreciated and Dove is a good brand to align with for Holiday Inn. The Longhorn Restaurant is within walking distance and had a fantastic meal!
Finally a hotel that is serving a real breakfast again instead of handing you a sack of food you don't want. The rooms were very clean and beds comfortable and the breakfast was hot and worth eating. Complimentary cookies in the afternoon/evening were nice also. It was a good experience without excuses about Covid!
Breakfast wasn't offered because of the virus. I understand but I don't believe that breakfast should be listed as a perk to the room on the website if it isn't available. We have to pay more to go out for breakfast but the hotel fee stays the same whether they serve food or not. That isn't right.
Hotel was really good in terms of facilities, staff and cleanliness.
Only bit to improve: Breakfast itself was good. I would have liked some explanation on what I could earn. It's not a "choose yourself" breakfast but you order from a menu.
The location was right off the highway and your left alone in room. It had a kitchen, fridge and everything a high end hotel would have but for cheaper. Nice staff and good conversation.
Breakfast was excellent. Hot and cold buffet. Large room, large bed, coffee maker, microwave and fridge in the room. Everything worked. Nothing to disappoint or complain about.
It was exceptionally clean. Everything was in good repair, in the rooms and in the common areas. Water was hot with good pressure. Bed was good. Great value for money.
beautiful hotel and lobby, clean, fresh clean smell everywhere we went, amazing breakfast, friendly staff, large room with great floor space and nice beds
Property outside was very well maintained and clean. Room was comfortable and very clean. The added food area and bar was a great addition to this hotel.
