- The gentleman handling check-in was very friendly and welcoming
- The hotel was adorable and cozy, antique furnishings and decorations with updated amenities e.g. wifi, AC and digital key for main entryway
- The hotel was very close to both Roman and Medieval sites, as well as a maze of beautiful cobblestone alleys full of restaurants, cafes and shops
- Huge market takes over the facing street for half a dozen blocks on Saturdays (not sure if it's all year), and the dozens of booths sell a whole range of food, clothing and pretty much whatever you can think of. Just make sure you don't park on that street Friday night!

Beautiful, walkable city retaining its character with numerous roman ruins and historic sites. Fun to explore tiny side streets and great restaurants. Watch out for the Mistral - you might need layers or a warmer jacket!

It doesn’t get so many tourists but tourist traps abound. But if you look selectively for a good restaurant you will find several and we had four outstanding dinners. It’s small but cozy and clean with lots of cute squares for tea or a drink. Several good museums and roman monuments. Four days is not too long.

The Easter feria is a good time to visit Arles, although food and service can be as low as 'poor'. Plenty of culture from Roman ruins to street bands. Excellent and elegant Museum of Arles. Wonderful street market on Saturdays with high quality goods. Shops, ranging from very high end local produce and clothing, to convenience stores, most open all (public holiday) weekend.

Arles is just gorgeous, but I also really recommend a guided trip into the Camargue, stunning nature and history. We were guided by Christophe from the official guide association, great experience. Also, the saturday market is a must! A lot of great things on offer to take with you on a picknick in the country-side just outside of Arles!

Charming city. Easy walk to all sights.
Charming city. Easy walk to all sights. Interesting Roman ruins and beautiful Romanesque church. Excellent archeological museum. Welcoming and helpful people. Beautiful little shops. Highly recommended.
The Hotel is on a nice little square right in the center of Arles, a two minute walk away from the Amphitheatre. Perfect to explore the city. The staff is exceptionally welcoming and helpful! There is a place to store your bike. The breakfast is good! Croissant, baguette, fromage, yoghurt, fresh fruit, everything you need. You can eat inside or outside on the terrace. Very nice! If I ever come to Arles again, I would always come back here!
It was a lovely boutique hotel and had the most amazing rooms and bathrooms decorated so beautifully , so private and very quirky . The gardens were so lovely and the resident cat and dog were so friendly. Need a car to travel to Arles but we knew its location when we booked it. The pool was lovely and had a great stay with our two kids who enjoyed the pool at night without restrictions. Lovely staff who were polite and helpful.
The Spa is great, relaxing and very well organised. The breakfast is wonderful, very wide range of fresh food with attention to biological local products. The staff is very professional and welcoming and the hotel has got also facilities for conferences and it is like a community place. The room was spacious and with a lovely decor and a lovely small terrace. Highly recommend it !
Delightful hotel just across the river from the old centre, where we were visiting for the photography festival. With a lovely garden and large swimming pool it was a great place to relax at the end of the day. Exceptional home made breakfast, very nice staff. We decided to upgrade to a comfort double and that was well worth it, spacious, quiet and overlooking the pool.
The location of the hotel was excellent and the staff were really friendly and helpful.
Car parking was in the Centre Ville public car park at a discounted rate but it is possible to drop bags off at the hotel door if you call reception to lower the bollard in the road.
Our room was very clean and comfortable with luxury toiletries.
We were traveling by bicycle and stayed one night. We were very pleased with the service and the friendliness of the hotel staff, everyone was really nice and polite. One really had the feeling to be a welcomed guest. The room was great, same applies for the hotel interior. Though, it is in the center of Arles it is very quiet.
Just outside Arles. Free parking. Clean, well-maintained, modern and comfortable hotel. Swimming pool, lovely breakfast room with outdoor terrace. Gardens with seating areas. Pleasant, helpful staff. Buffet breakfast good variety. Quiet air-conditioned rooms. Couple of restaurants within walking distance.
The property is in the perfect location, next to one of the most picturesque neighbourhoods of Arles. The room was extremely clean and the staff nice and welcoming despite us arriving later than expected. Free parking is available right behind the hotel.
Centrally located, only a few minutes’ walk away from all the attractions of Arles. Surrounded by restaurants, it still offers a well equipped kitchen if you prefer to eat in. A kind host who would go out of her way to make you feel at home.
Nathalie is a superb host, and she made Arles accessible. We arrived on a Monday in low season, when many restaurants are closed. She sent us to an excellent place.
Nice place to stop in Arles. Would definitely choose Les Gardians instead of sth in the centre of the city. Huge space, nice swimming pool, comfy rooms.
