Extremely friendly and accommodating staff, the restaurant was exceptional, the beds were simply clouds and the cherry on top was the breakfast. They attended every detail we asked for us and our baby and our dog.

Alexandra was a wonderful help. Everything we asked for she accommodated and her advice was spot on. The entire staff was very helpful but she was a standout.

A basic, simple room that was clean, warm (in December), and comfortable. Staff was helpful and quick to assist with any needs. This hotel was consistent with other my other experiences with Ibis hotels. Breakfast was substantial, and location was excellent.

This was our first of 32 nights in Europe. The proprietor accepted my request to arrive early (we showed up around 1:30 pm, exhausted). We were met at the door and given a very thorough showing of what was available at the property).
We took a nap and drove ten minutes into the middle of Vienne for a long walk and dinner.
We slept so well and so deeply that we were jolted awake at 9am the following day with breakfast being delivered to our room. Partly due to the blackout curtains, too.
Breakfast was pleasant and served in the room with a coffee maker in the room.

The location was perfect. Within walking distance from the train station. I was there for the Jazz festival and it is very close to all of the venues. Overall the studio was clean and comfortable. I never saw the owners but getting the key was well explained and quite simple. I appreciated the autonomy.

Superb location near the Touristic Information Office. Even being close to the road it was quite silent and calm. Flat itself is equipped with all the necessary appliances & kitchen staff. Interior is looking good and modern.
A really nice city just aside of the Rhone river. Historical monuments, an interesting historical museum and many good places to enjoy a good lunch. During the summer, you can enjoy music in a real Roman theater.

Vienne is a wonderful town. Not too big but much to see.
Vienne is a wonderful town. Not too big but much to see. Easy walking to the sites. For a small town person, it is easier to cope with than a big city. Interesting Roman sites, cathedral and museums but none overwhelming. Easy access in and out of town so driving is convenient.

All the museums and the Roman archaeological site were closed on the second and only full day of our stay. We especially enjoyed the wonderful view over the Rhone and the city from the believers. It was a steep climb, but worth it. It was a pity that almost all the restaurants had chosen to close in August, surely the peak time for visitors.

We had almost no time there at all, but we could see lots that needed exploring.
We were a little surprised that in the old town sections that we walked there were heaps of bars but few dedicated restaurants. Maybe we just missed the restaurant section.
There certainly weren't; the numbers out eating that we have seen in other French and Italian towns.
The river is impressive.
The ruined Chateau looks intriguing from down on the flat, but we've climbed to a lot of ruined Chateaux in the past couple of weeks and didn't feel inspired again.
Lovely property. Edouard and Pascal could not be more welcoming. The house they have rebuilt is brilliant. We were welcomed with drinks and snacks on the terrace. We were only passing through Vienne on our way home but it certainly sounds like a place worth visiting.
Breakfast was great with a mountain of scrambled eggs and bacon as well as just too many delicious pastries.
The location, the private parking, the bedroom facilities.
To finish with, we have been upgraded to an apartment as our booking for a double bed room confirmed by Booking.com has not been registered by the Hotel. When we arrived there was no more any double bed room available, hence the upgrade.
The breakfast was vey good, but it was not a buffet service as indicated.
The appartment is located in walking distance to the city centre. The apartment itself is well equipped, clean, shiny. Bed is not so wide as expected, which could bring discomfort to some people (including me).
City of Vienne is very nice and I can recommend the visit of Gallo-Roman museum and also viewing point PIPET
We booked this hotel as a stay over for the night while on a long travel. It's very conveniently located close to the highway, for the price we paid it was better than we expected. Dinner and breakfast were very nice, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. would definitely recommend.
IBIS offers cleanliness and efficiency. This must have been an older hotel converted to the IBIS chain since the rooms are large and don't have the cramped IBIS beds built into a corner. The location was good, The tourist bureau, restaurants, and monuments were are within walking distance.
The room is spacious, comfortable, and well supplied. The location is great if you have a car, and the secure/free parking valuable. There is a supermarket just around the corner, views across the river to the vineyards on the hills, and you're a short drive to Vienne.
We had the "tower appartment" and it was absolutely amazing. You have a magnificent view over the whole city of Vienne and the Rhône. The large gardens are beautiful and the private terrace above the tower is the cherry on top! Very recommendable!
We arrived by train and the hotel was very close and easy to find. Our room was very comfortable with a nice view from our window. The hotel itself is very charming, with a lot of memorabilia and a lovely sitting room overlooking the street.
The very late booking went well, I was contacted by staff with detailed instructions. Very much appreciated. I liked the location of the hotel, looking onto a beautiful street, and the boulangerie is across the road.
Good hotel in town. Clean, comfortable and nice check in staff. Everything you want from a cheap one night stop. Parking is just opposite in a public pay car park, 8 Euros for the day but free over Christmas.
Very friendly staff. The person who worked the evening shift was very nice and helpful. The hoek is a very typical French style city hotel. Nothing fancy, very clean and a good breakfast
