One of the best stays in 10 times visiting Paris. A great value for money in Paris. 1. Friendly staff, flexible to my reasonable requests. 2. Freshly renovated rooms, look exactly as on the pictures. 3. All the necessary things in the room (number of towells, coffee, etc) 4. Blackout curtains, great 5. No noise when the window is closed. 6. Good ventilation with air conditioning. 7. Comfy beds and pillows. 8. Literally 200m from the metro station which takes you to the city center in ~20 minutes. 9. Great private underground car parking for a reasonable price. 10. Easy to reach by car or to leave the city afterwards, without a difficult drive through the city center.

Breakfast was great and the staff were very friendly on arrival. Our initial rooms given were close together as requested but when we asked if we could have adjoining rooms this was quickly provided with no issues. Mini-Supermarket was very close which was a bonus and the tube station was not far to walk to. There are free water facilities downstairs to fill up your water bottles which is very convenient.

The apartment was marvelous, modern spacious and clean with a smart TV in both bedroom and living room. The kitchen was fully equiped and it had a wonderful view together with the spacious balcony. The host was more than kind and we were keeping in touch from the moment we booked to until we left. It' near to the metro station and and there a number of small wonderful cafes and a really good and affordable restaurant!
