Everything about our stay was very good. Checking in was smooth, room was clean and well stocked. The accommodation for my service dog was incredible and the property was well kept and smelling fresh, not a hint of the smell of animals in rooms or on the floors or around property Staff was helpful in recommending places to eat and went above and beyond to call a few places for us to check availability. Breakfast was really good for warm fast eat! Everything was extremely fresh and they constantly replenished and kept thing hot and clean with a nice variety of a little bit of everything. The never ending all night coffee pot was my favorite! If I am in the area again in the future to go the crystal springs I would definitely stay here. If all Holiday Inn Express' are all like this then it will be my new go to for overall accommodation for what I needed and reasonably priced.
No business in entire town observed Covid precautions.
No business in entire town observed Covid precautions. No one masked. Otherwise it is a fun place adjacent to a great bike trail system. Quaint shops and restaurants but eating establishments very crowded and no masking. Won't return to town because of it. We caught Covid there.

Liked the downtown area, very historical.
Liked the downtown area, very historical. Getting through the city was easy, the flow of rush hour traffic was a non-issue. Since I was there for business, there really was not much time for seeing the sights. The people of Inverness are polite and helpful. Recommend breakfast at Cinnamon Styx, great meal at a good price and the coffee is great.
Good location, spotlessly clean and super friendly and helpful staff. We messed up our booking and the lady on the front desk was really obliging and helped us sort things out. Loved the pool, and having Cinnamon Sticks across the parking lot was great for breakfast, everyone there was super helpful too. We were travelling with a 7 month old baby and everything wasade really easy for us. Comfy, spacious room, comfy beds and good shower too. Close to gas station store and liquor store too for provisions.
Location was new, staff, especially the manager in the morning was so very accommodating, I could not say enough about how nice she was and how helpful since I was traveling with two other family members, both in wheelchairs. Super clean, perfect location, room perfect for two wheelchairs. All good! If you had a front desk manager like Lorine (I believe that is her name but is has been over a month so do not hold me to it) at every location, they all would be a sucess.
The room was very clean and comfortable. The tv, shower, lamps and coffee maker were all in good working order. Our room was a short walk to an excellent restaurant, The Cinnamon Stick. We even got a discount coupon for the restaurant from the Central Motel. Our room was quiet so we got a good night's sleep.
It’s a totally new and beautifully appointed property. It was spacious and comfortable and everything to make a guest relax was in place. We enjoyed the kayaks as well as the bikes on the nearby Withlacootchie bike trail—we found helmets, a bike pump, and much more.
Nice little hotel for one night. Free parking with microwave and fridge in the room. Walking trail to downtown Inverness was right behind the hotel. Staff was super friendly. Discounts at certain places if we showed our room key.
Big pool and near beach so children loved their vacation. And grandma loved because I only had to provide swim teachers (more family), food, and transportation. Will be looking for another reservation for next year!!!
Fantastic large appartement with golf course view. Super clean and all facilities were there: dishwasher and washing machine with little soap tabs ready, Netflix account working on all TVs etc. Couldn't be better
Such a pleasant surprise for a roadside motel in a remote area! Nicely updated. We have a few updated motels in our Burbank area that are mostly used for filming the exterior. This one rivals those.
Really great value for money. The views are lovely, it's nice and peaceful in the evening. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Really clean. Good choice of stores nearby too.
New hotel with that new hotel smell. While I didn't use the amenities available, it was still a comfortable stay. Friendly staff, good location for getting to the two main roads in town.
