Much of the action occurs in the Old Town, otherwise known as the Longest Bar in the World due to the amount of cafes and bars serving a dark beer called “altbier”. The facility was like new and we had no problems with the room. The restaurant was great, the staff is very friendly. Would definitely stay there again.
The website did say there was a shuttle service, but it was not free and cost more than a taxi, so we used a taxi in the morning to get to the airport.

everything fine just confusing pincodes.
everything fine just confusing pincodes. There where 3 pincodes but it was not clear which one was for what? One for the entrance, one for the room and one for parking. It took 10 minutes before we could go through the parking. We tried the 3 pincodes, none was working but the it seemed that you had to press another button, which was not mentioned.

A very well-connected city with excellent public transport. You can forget about the car. Hassle-free access to the most important attraction - the fair complex (Messe Dusseldorf). Moreover, the shopping promenade is worth visiting.

City of Engineers. There are places for culture lovers. There are many different ways to spend your free time. There are enough places to eat, enjoy a glass of beer or wine. TV tower, exhibition center, BOOT2024 just great!!! I moved around the city on a scooter. Because all the places are so close.

Interesting city, but travel there by train is horrible.
Interesting city, but travel there by train is horrible. Train network itself is good, but the trains are constantly delayed, often by hours, or even completely cancelled. The problem is with the whole Düsseldorf/Köln area.

The city is quite peaceful. I liked the vibes of the city.
The city is quite peaceful. I liked the vibes of the city. I travelled there with my friends and had good time. The weather was awesomely nice during our stay. It was raining so we could not explore the city as we expecting to, even though it was worth.
Hope to visit again with the family ..... soon
The room was really clean and the bathroom met all my expectations. The breakfast buffet options were great , it covered everything and also the staff was super friendly and helped out with any queries we had. The parking was great you could go in and out just by using the room card. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling into dusseldorf. The distance to the aldstadt (City Center) was not too far and also the main train station. Within the vicinity you have food shops, supermarket stores and ice cream shops.
Good location, the hotel is in comfortable proximity to Dusseldorf Hbf and city center. The room is just the right kind of small and cozy for a single night stay - it's just a bed (with a socket right by it, convenient), a desk, and a wardrobe, and you also have a hairdryer in the bathroom. You can ask for a kettle at the reception if you need it as well. The staff was really nice and friendly, check-in and -out as easy as it can get. Overall a good experience.
I used this as a base only on business, booked at short notice whilst in transit to Düsseldorf. Due to Xmas markets / business conference season this was the first hotel in the area that had availability that I could book online. Thoughts are;
- Very cheap for the location. 10 minute walk to old town / city centre.
- Desk Staff were pleasant and helpful
- Shower pressure
- Was able to book at very short notice.
- Did I say very cheap price per night?
We were in Düsseldorf for the first time, for Lady Gaga's concert and sightseeing around the city. We choose Ibis hotel because of it's location near the airport and Merkur Spiel-arena. Hotel is new, comfy and nice with friendly staff. Especially miss Hilder on reception :) Breakfast was also good, there was a lot of things to choose, worthy to have it before day in the city. Bed was comfortable, shower was big, everything was clean.
Good location in friendly moroccan part of Düsseldorf (15-20 minutes away from city centre by walk and very close from tram or metro, train or metro station). Staff is very friendly and helpful. This hotel provides fair quality for the price. Beds are quite comfortable and bathroom is clean. We also spent 2 very quiet nights. Wifi was available and efficient.
The best bed and pillows I've ever had!! This hotel is ideally located close to the city centre, but also close to some amazing Japanese restaurants. If you want to eat outside of the hotel, because they also have a restaurant in a sky bar, which is amazing! Breakfast is also served in the sky bar, starting your day off with great views of the city.
Of all the hotels I've stayed in, and I've stayed in several, it was the best value for money, the most equipped ! The mattress is very comfortable, the pillows are the same and the design of the room is perfect, it was the most restful sleep! If you arrive in Dusseldorf, I definitely recommend staying here!
Value for the money is by far the best. Location is good. 15 mins walk to the city center. Super kind staff (especially, the lady who looks like Chinese German) even though there were many guest to treat . Bed is comfort enough to sleep well (but don't expect the quality as good as 4 or 5 star hotel's one)
I always try to stay at the Medici when I'm in Dusseldorf. It's the best location right in the Altstat and close to all the action. The hotel is grand and beautifully decorated. The breakfasts are really nice buffet style but classy and the food is delicious. Highly recommended.
TM Hotel Düsseldorf's prime location was a significant advantage. It was conveniently situated near popular landmarks, renowned restaurants, and vibrant shopping districts. This allowed me to explore the city effortlessly and make the most of my time during my stay.
The bed is really comfortable makes u wanna stay longer in the hotel, also is very clean and comfortable. I’ve been there already 3 times and every time u needs to fly over the Düsseldorf airport I’ll be going to this airport
Lovely new hotel , clean, well organised. Attentive helpful staff who also speak English. Close to tram, bus and rail links into Dusseldorf. Easy train links to Cologne Bonn airport. Good price. Breakfast is very good value.
Smooth check-in; the hotel is conveniently located near the train station but also situated in a quiet district within walking distance of the city center. Additionally, you can find numerous restaurants and cafes nearby.
The hotel was very nice and clean. The walkingn distance from Dusseldorf Hbf is 10' and to te city center 15'. Our room was very spacious with nice comfy beds and a kitchen. The staff was very polite and attentive.
The staff was friendly, the hotel is very pretty and room was very clean. Breakfast was delicious and very rich. Location is also good, city center was easy to reach by foot or with public transportation.
I really like this hotel, they have everything you need in the room. Room is clean and beautiful. It was located in the city centre, only 10 minutes walk from Düsseldorf central station. Staff is nice.
Perfect location if you want to visit the city center of Düsseldorf. We went there to visit 'Die Weihnachtsmarkten', then the location of this hotel is perfect.
