We were on a 3 week bike tour through Europe (EuroVelo 15) and this was a convenient mid stop between Stein am Rhein and Basel. Laundry room was free to use, washers and dryers, they blanked out all the confusing modes on the machines which was super helpful for us as well! Lots of food options around. Rooms had an outdoor patio, and plenty of space inside for storing our bikes. Our room had a bidet and large shower.

Pleasant town to explore on foot the little things which you don't always see when just driving through. By car or bike there are lots of interesting excursions close by. The Thermal SPA is exceptional.....none better in CH for my wife and I.

Bad Zurzach is quite and beautiful little town surrounded by countryside of your dreams. Forest, castle and tranquility of river it can not get any better.
Perfect free transport in the town by Zurzi bus and easy access to anywhere in Switzerland and Germany by trains which are always on time.
Number of restaurants with Swiss and continental cousin. Excellent coffee and cakes all through the town.
This guesthouse far exceeded our expectations- Melissa and team have only taken it over in the last month and the work they’ve done already is breath-taking! The service we received from every member of staff was over and beyond what we could have hoped for. The restaurant, the cocktails, the food - everything was exceptional. So glad we didn’t stay at one of the spa hotels- they were nearly 4 times the price but guaranteed they couldn’t have given us the service we received here. Really couldn’t recommend it enough.
The location is good, 1 block down from the thermal baths and across a park with a playground. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed. The staff member at check-in was helpful and spent time providing useful info. The thermal bath badge is as great as purchases from there are added to the hotel bill. With the restaurant on-site, we were able to enjoy an evening ice cream dessert in the room.
I was on a cycling trip and needed a hotel approximately half way between Basel and Konstanz. This led me to Bad Zurzach. What I liked about the property was the heritage building with its interior courtyard where the restaurant was located. Also, the staff were very friendly. There was a place in the courtyard for my bicycle to be safe overnight.
lovey hotel with lovely staff. very amenable and went out of their way to look after us. prepared us a meal even after the kitchen was shut which was so kind. only thing was that the room was very hot and the air con didn't seem to do much but apart from that we loved our night. thank you.
Extraordinary kindness of all people working. Beautiful peaceful rooms. So clean! Calm and inviting. Wonderful fresh food with white tablecloths and fresh flowers at breakfast. A saltpool swimming pool in the hotel which was as good as the thermal pool.
Great piano player every evening.
This is a great cosy hotel. The staff is super friendly, and the environment is just beautiful. You cannot see it from the outside, but the courtyard is just an amazing space—a little oasis by itself. We spend all evening there and have drinks and dinner.
The location - close to the train station and right next to the thermal baths and sauna
The food - impressed by the quality of the hotel restaurant. Definitely better than expected
Tickets to the thermal baths and sauna included in the price
It's a nice hotel connected to Thermalbad Zurzach and with a nice little park. Restaurant serves wide variety of food for breakfast and delicious dishes for dinner. The staff are very friendly and welcoming throughout the hotel
Breakfast was exceptional. Especially bread and cheese. And thermebad tickets were available for free. I enjoyed a relaxing time there. The bed mattress was very comfortable. It seemed to be designed ergonomically.
Location was great and the rooms were comfortable. The hotel is located across the street from the local spa. The hotel also has a restaurant onsite which has great food.
Large rooms, very friendly staff (all of them), direct access to the thermal bath facilities. Hotel restaurant serves quality food. Overall good value for money.
hotel with some great character and an amazing restaurant! owners are lovely and made our stay after a long day of biking very easy. 5 min walk to baths too!
Very friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, hotel restaurant serving quality food, direct access to public thermal bath, live piano on Saturday evening.
