Mountain Meadows Lodge, hotel in Killington

Located in Killington, 5.2 miles from Killington Peak, Mountain Meadows Lodge has accommodations with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace.

Breakfast was fine. Food was hot. It was obvious it was off season, and it was appreciated that there was food. The first night (before the eclipse), it was obvious that the staff realized there was going to be a big crowd, because some rooms got a phone call asking if they would be eating dinner at the establishement. My room did not, but friends staying at the hotel did. I'm not sure why.

A quick review of Killington... well I am a skier, so this applies to winter sports. Killington is called the beast for a reason, it a huge mnt. Also, the snow making is world class. When other Mountains are struggling, Killington almost always has better snow coverage, many lifts diversified terrain, modern base lodges. Well maintained lifts. 2 gondolas, heading to Vermont? Can't go wrong with this place! After ski dining? So many resturants as you leave the slopes, The wobble barn for a steak to choices for eclectic upscale fare. The garlic for Italian. To many places to list all here, pro tip... late season this place still rocks!

Killington ski resort is a first class mountain!

Killington ski resort is a first class mountain! They are the most proficient machine snow makers! Often, Killington has snow when others don't. Multiple base lodges, I count 5, like 5 peaks, a gazillion lifts, and more trails than I can count. But they do have a separate beginner hill among the colossal mountain. And that is very cool, its called snowshed, even packs its own base lodge. The mountain is also a. Lend of easy crazing runs to omg double black diamonds. And with a plethora of resturants on the way in, your day doesn't end when the lifts stop.

I've been skiing Killington since I was kid. It's my favorite mountain in the northeast - the Beast for a reason. So many trails for all types of skiing, great lifts & gondolas, great lodges, helpful staff, multiple peaks, an overall great mountain.

During ski season, this is one of the best on the East Coast. But Killington is a year-round vacation place for my wife and I. Off-season is exceptional too. The countryside is fantastic and the hiking is endless. We love it there.

When I go to Vermont , I like to stay at this hotel. It's very nice and close to places I love to go. Killington is close to Woodstock and just 1 hour 1/2 to Stowe via route 100. About 40 mins away off route 100 is the Glen Ellis Falls in Granville. And just 20 mins away from Killington is Rutland.

The room was very clean and perfect for our needs. The location was perfect, just about a mile from Killington. The lobby was so cozy with great coffee, hot chocolate and snacks. The staff was fabulous and so welcoming. On one occasion the housekeeper stopped everything she was doing just to make me coffee in the lobby. On another occasion, after skiing all day at Killington, we went to the lobby to warm up with some hot chocolate and the owner greeted us with a big smile and "Welcome Home". Doesn't get much better than that!

stayed here for MLK weekend in Killington. Highly recommend due to the location and the heated outdoor pool. It's right next to The Foundry at Summit Pond restaurant, which I highly recommend for dinner. also we got the complementary shuttle from the pickle barrel (nightclub/bar for live music, great during holiday weekends), and at the end of the night we just walked back to the hotel instead of waiting for an uber. temperature at the heated outdoor pool was great. fair price . spacious room for 4

The hotel location was nestled in between the mountains of Vermont. This was a perfect location since it provided an escape while also being not too far from the city of Rutland. The room was well-cared for and inviting. There was a babbling stream nearby which when I came out to the little terrace of my hotel room, was a great experience. The front desk people were very nice and hospitable. I am putting this place on the top of my list when I make future plans to ski at Killington.

We really enjoyed our stay, the room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and the location was great. The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious and we had dinner at the on-site restaurant one night which was fantastic (go for the salmon). A bonus was using the spacious sauna after a day of boarding. I would definitely book here next time we are in Killington.

My husband and I enjoy coming to Killington and have always noticed this 50's style motel is usually busy. The room is dated and could use a little modernizing; however, it was comfortable and secure. The owner was very accommodating when our TV wouldn't work. He exchanged it for another one. We would stay there again.

The location had lot of options for food and is very close to the trails near Killington mountain. Would love to visit this B&B again in fall.
