This relatively small family run hotel is a pleasure: spotlessly clean, comfortable rooms, free parking, good though not great buffet breakfast. Friendly staff is a pleasure to talk to. The mirrors in the elevator are spectacular: you get a well lighted 360-degree view of yourself. The rooms though not huge are thoughtfully and well designed. The town is an umbrella-pine shaded summer resort, and off season late October is a delight: uncrowded, some nice restaurants and shops are still open, and it is within easy driving distance of Ravenna.

Amazing hotel and overall a great experience we'll remember. The hotel is cozy and has a very nice vibe, with it's mediteranean design and great placement. It is just near the beach and you can even see the sea from the balcony, depending on where the room is located.
We loved that they had louvers on the outside so the sun would't blind you in the morning.
The beds are confy and the bathroom nicely decorated. They even had a hair dryer, a normal one not the one that you have to keep the finger on the on button to work (ladies will know what i'm talking about).
The staff is amazing, friendly and ready to help you with whatever you need.
The owners are always there making small talk and cracking jokes.
The offer a great packaged deal with an all inclusive program, sunbeds and umbrellas, parking and meals along with soft drinks and coffee.
They are family friendly and have animated evenings with dancing for children. One evening they had a dj that played music and made sure even the adults were entertained.
The beach is great, the sand is clean and nice and the rest areas on the beach are also great for when you want to just stay out of the sun a little bit.
There's always someone that will help you with anything you need.
They have a bar on the beach and you can also eat there.
The food is amazing and they kept surprising us with varied choices at lunch and dinner and also with amazing pastries.
All in all you feel just like at home, but better :))

We arrived on 21st of September which should not be a problem as have holidayed around Spain and Mallorca this time of year and had brilliant holidays but i'm afraid here it seems they shut most things hotels, bars, restaurants and excursions when the children go back to school, it was like a ghost town

Great place to relax, beautiful beach with lots of shells that can be found in the sand. Close to Cervia (Ironman Italy Emilia–Romagna race took place for the 3th time there this year). Close to Rimini; San Marino (great shopping and sightseeing), Pennabilli (a small village where you can find a little bit of Tibet-the 14th Dalai Lama visited Pennabilli in 1994 and 2005- he inaugurated the bell of Lhasa monument in order to commemorate the great capuchin missionary fr. Orazio of Pennabilli. Cesenatico is also a great place to visit

The property owner(really nice lady) was extremely helpful in everyway. Nothing was a problem. It was a really nice welcoming place only a few minutes walk from the Port.I would 100% recommend staying here. They also had city bikes that you could use to roam around the town.I was competing in Ironman Italy and they provided breakfast 4.30am on the morning of this race without having to ask. Brilliant family run hotel. Thanks again.
Very clean and sleek hotel , modern facilities, extremely well maintained . The balcony overlooking the sea was a bliss .
The staff was particularly professional, friendly and helpful in every possibile way.
Great breakfast, small but great swimming pool with optional whirlpool and fountains.
I witnessed how attached some guests are to the staff, the relation they developed peobanly over the years. It was touching.
The rooms are very nice & clean. The structure appears rather new and they are expanding and restructuring it. I especially loved the huge breakfast which permitted me to avoid lunch, that would be abundant too I suppose. The Hotel is in front of the beach and the chaise longue is very cheap in low season. Very good for 3-4 days of sheer relax.
The staff were very kind and helpful. Although the hotel is very dated, it was exceptionally clean. We appreciated the cold bottles of water upon arrival. The breakfast/brunch was nice with lots of fruit and pastries. Mostly cold items but well stocked and a hard working staff to keep things clean with so many people eating all morning.
Family run hotel with very welcoming staff. Great location right on the beach. 5 minute walk into the centre of town. Modern facilities all to a high standard. Wellness centre excellent, with steam room, sauna plus treatments available. Reserved parking available too (recommended). Breakfast terrific, lots of choice all very fresh.
Hosts were extremly friendly. Good location, 7-10 minutes to the sea. The pool is smal, but nice and comfortable to chill out. The hotel is oriented to families with small children (children area is good equippted). Excellent breakfast wich combine traditional Italian food and open buffet. Beverages were provided during the day.
The Hotel is run by a very nice people, who are willing to help with all questions. Rooms are quite big and cosy with a nice balconies and big bathroom. Location is very good, very close to both Milano-Marittima city center and beaches. BTTW this is one of the very few hotels, which provides free baby cot.
For the certain price range it is super nice hotel: friendly staff, excellent location, everyday room cleaning service does the job really good. Bed quality could be improved, but overall - highly recommend. Will definitely return when visiting Cervia for the races again.
The staff excellent, the facilities were difficult due to stairs without hand rails, are risky but the people helped are really nice! The breakfasts were good and the people that work in the H House Hotel are really good !!!
The staff was very nice, it is really close to the beach and close to the city centre as well. There are a lot of places to eat and drink etc. The hotel also provides a free private parking.
The hotel is in good location near beach, center, old town and port.
Rooms are alright, parking is in front of hotel etc.
Stuff are very frendly in general goos value for money.
