- The owners and the staff were really welcoming and friendly. - The hotel was small, no more than 10 visitor rooms if I remember correctly, so it was pretty quiet, and all the interactions were more personalized and authentic. - The recommendations we received on what to visit were spot on and made our trip even more beautiful. - They even went out of their way and assisted me in planning a special reservation for our anniversary night and cooked a different breakfast the next morning since my girlfriend is lactose intolerant. The location of the accommodation was convenient and close to restaurants and cafes. Plenty of free street parking is available nearby. The host, Evi, was very friendly and helpful. We arrived late at night and they waited and gave us a very warm welcome. They also assisted us in finding a suitable and easy parking spot opposite the accommodation, as well as helping us to carry our luggage into the room. Our room was of good size, clean, tidy, modern, quiet and well-facilitated. The bed was very comfortable. We also received welcome drinks (dessert wine) and snack in the room on arrival. The breakfast was lovely, including sandwiches and hot breakfast (bacon, sausage, cheese, ham and different types of eggs), cakes, yogurt, fruits etc. and barista coffee. Evi is a very good barista. On check out, Evi provided us with comprehensive and useful information on attractions and good restaurants in the city. We are very satisfied with this accommodation.

The hotel was centrally located on top of the hill in Kastoria, which is why I chose it. As it turned out our host could not do enough for us, I have never er experienced such keenness to help her guests. The breakfast was excellent too.

The warm friendly staff gave us amazing suggestions and our stay in Kastoria immediately became more exciting! They told us where the locals go. They were super helpful and nice. The location was ideal because you're right in the middle of the 2 parts of the lake, it's basically downtown. The hotel is gorgeous and the breakfast outside in the yard was delicious, they had EVERYTHING! We had an amazing time thank you!

Sehr freundlicher Empfang von Natalia, die uns ein Upgrade gab und wir damit ein größeres Zimmer bekamen. Auch Maria von der Frühstückslobby sehr nett und hilfsbereit mit jegliche Informationen aus dem Gebiet. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und alle Zimmer im Altbaustil strahlten Wärme aus. Zentrale und trotzdem ruhige Lage. Nettes Abschiedsgeschenk als Entschuldigung für die Unannehmlichkeiten.
